Papyrus has developed specialized competencies in market research and surveys, back office management, and language, which are offered to the private, NGO and public sectors.
Market Research and Surveys
Papyrus has in-depth knowledge of Haiti and has built its success on its sound knowledge of the country and its ability to identify excellent local human resources and to manage and work with solid partners. The company’s fiscal, legal and regulatory systems are already in place allowing for timely completion of projects. Papyrus staff and surveyors know the local scene and routinely bring surveys and studies in on time, accurately and on budget, with extremely low refusal rates. Papyrus makes good use of local and international specialized talent for the design of questionnaires, analysis of data and development of technological solutions.
Papyrus is a trusted partner with the ability to work in even the most difficult neighborhoods and to effectively engage with local communities. These communications skills are what initially attracted Heineken’s subsidiary, BRANA. Papyrus promised and delivered a less than 1% refusal rate—as opposed to the 50% refusal rate foreseen by the foreign competition—on a census of 28,000 points of sale throughout the country.
Papyrus has a team of over 60 trained surveyors and supervisors with whom it has conducted quantitative and qualitative surveys and market studies throughout Haiti, both nationally and regionally and with or without GPS points and photographs.
