Aline Etlicher

Aline Etlicher, French agronomist started her career in 2009 with the French development agency in the Dominican Republic previous to cross the border and work on a coffee project in Haiti in 2011. Willing to have more sustainable and more direct impact on the ground and with the farmers, she entered PISA in 2012 to lead the development of the cocoa post-harvest treatment, exports and the organic and Fair-Trade certification. She has been designing and managing several projects leading to the development of the cacao value chain in the North with both PISA and APROCANO a small holder farmers organization and their commercial partner. Since 2020, she is developing a vanilla production in the North with Papyrus in a public-private partnership with USAID.
