Claudine André St-Rome

Claudine embarked on her communication journey during her studies in Visual Arts in Puerto Rico. With more than 18 years of experience in communication for development, she has cultivated a deep expertise in the field. After completing her studies, Claudine returned to her homeland of Haiti, where she supported NGOs in crafting impactful communication strategies tailored to reach vulnerable communities. Through her work, she successfully raised awareness among donors, shining a light on critical needs and areas that required urgent funding.

Claudine's professional journey also led her to the diplomatic sector, where she achieved notable accomplishments in shaping the Haitian cultural community. Through her efforts, she played a pivotal role in organizing funding into competitive grants, ultimately bolstering the sector's representation across various European countries.

Currently, Claudine holds the position of Communication Manager at Papyrus S.A., where she takes the lead in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies for a diverse portfolio of donor projects. In this role, she also plays a vital part in promoting the firm's vision and objectives, ensuring their prominence both locally and internationally.
